PrimaBuild was appointed as the main contractor for the Drogheda branch of Special Olympics Ireland.
This important project involved the delivery of fully accessible Changing Places (CP) facilities, providing athletes with safe, appropriate, and dignified amenities that meet essential accessibility standards. The introduction of these much-needed facilities will help ensure a more inclusive and supportive environment for all participants.

Robert was an expert in co-ordinating the numerous components of each project including multi-disciplinary design teams, contractors and sub-contractors on complicated sites to deliver residential projects of a high standard. Rob dealt with all aspects of the projects from procurement of design teams, legals, statutory approvals, construction stage and completion and of course dispute resolution.
