Primabuild was commissioned to complete works on this contemporary office space, located in Mount Street Upper. The works included a full strip-out and refurbishment of the men’s and ladies’ washrooms, incorporating new floor and wall tiling, sanitary ware and bespoke joinery. The wider refurbishment also included repairs to the existing timber stairs and handrails, complete redecoration of the stairwells and landings, and new carpeting throughout these areas.
A strong focus was placed on attention to detail, quality workmanship and the careful selection of finishes, ensuring that both the new elements and existing features worked seamlessly together.
The finished result is a calm, contemporary and professional space, with a high-quality finish carried consistently throughout.
