PrimaBuild completed a comprehensive refurbishment of Shelbourne Dental, transforming the existing premises into a modern, professional and welcoming clinical environment.
The works involved a full strip-out of the existing space, including fixed furniture, flooring, ceilings and washroom facilities, followed by a complete interior fit-out. This included new suspended ceilings, a combination of carpet and Marmoleum flooring, new lighting and a full electrical installation.
Bespoke elements included a new reception desk and custom sheet curtaining to replace the existing blinds.
The project also included the installation of a new accessible bathroom, full internal decoration, and new interior and exterior signage.
The completed refurbishment delivers a bright, contemporary and functional space, with careful attention to detail throughout and finishes selected to complement the professional dental environment.
