A recent residential completion in Rugby Road, Ranelagh by our residential team.
The project consisted of a full retrofit with external wall upgrades, an air to water heat pump, underfloor heating and a full rewire of electrical.
Included was a new solid oak floor to ground floor with a bespoke kitchen and joinery units.
PrimaBuild also installed a new bathroom with sanitaryware finishes.
On the exterior, we added a new external limestone paving to the rear with brick wall planter and cedar cladding.

Robert was an expert in co-ordinating the numerous components of each project including multi-disciplinary design teams, contractors and sub-contractors on complicated sites to deliver residential projects of a high standard.
