A comprehensive restoration, renovation and extension of a pre-1900 Georgian-style residence, transforming the property into a high-performance, A-rated family home while preserving its original character and architectural heritage.
The project involved the complete internal demolition and refurbishment of the existing structure, extensive structural upgrades, and the construction of a new rear extension. Works were carried out from the substructure through to the final finishes, including full insulation upgrades, drylining, complete re-roofing, new plumbing, heating and electrical installations, bespoke internal finishes, and external landscaping.
Delivered on a turnkey basis, the project achieved an A Building Energy Rating (BER) through the integration of modern construction methods, high-performance building fabric and energy-efficient building services.
