The Redan Cliff project comprised of demolishing an existing building and cutting back into the existing rock cliff on an extremely challenging site. The build was RC construction of 3 homes with 2 homes comprising of 3 floors and 1 home over 2 floors. The properties boasted a stunning design that takes in views of Dublin bay and the surrounding areas.
Each home is constructed to the highest standard with underfloor heating, a stand-alone heat pump and DCV, designer kitchens and wardrobes, and A media centre with electric car charging points located in the designated parking areas. No expense was spared on these properties with stunning views and attention to detail.
