Primabuild successfully completed the installation of new sensory facilities at Richmond Street NS School. These encompassed play areas, sensory rooms, Part M compliant WC facilities, a new kitchen, dining areas, and an additional play area.
The project entailed comprehensive reconfiguration of the existing structure, along with extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades.
Additionally, drylining, new flooring, and ceiling grids were uniformly implemented to exacting standards.

Robert was an expert in co-ordinating the numerous components of each project including multi-disciplinary design teams, contractors and sub-contractors on complicated sites to deliver residential projects of a high standard. Rob dealt with all aspects of the projects from procurement of design teams, legals, statutory approvals, construction stage and completion and of course dispute resolution. We respected him as our project manager and enjoyed a good working relationship, he was firm and fair and always very professional.
