A full strip-out and refurbishment for a dynamic, fast-growing software company — transforming the space into a modern, high-performing workplace.
Appointed as main contractor, our scope included a complete strip-out, full floor fit-out and finishes, bespoke joinery, and comprehensive M&E upgrades. Every element of the project was delivered with a strong focus on detail, coordination, and quality.
The result is a contemporary office environment designed to support both collaboration and focus — featuring open-plan workspace, a central meeting room, kitchen and coffee dock, a dedicated focus room, quiet space, as well as a separate boardroom and private office.
This project is a great example of how thoughtful design, combined with precision delivery, can completely transform a space — creating an environment that not only looks exceptional but works seamlessly for the people using it every day.

Robert was an expert in co-ordinating the numerous components of each project including multi-disciplinary design teams, contractors and sub-contractors on complicated sites to deliver residential projects of a high standard.
