This 3 phase design and build initiative involved seamless execution within a live office environment, collaborating closely with our client and their associates to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Our scope encompassed full strip-out, comprehensive mechanical and electrical upgrades including LED lighting conversion and new feature lighting above mirrors, installation of new grid ceilings, flooring and wall tiling, bespoke joinery featuring cubicles and vanity units with arched bevelled mirrors, changing benches, and modern sanitaryware.

Robert was an expert in co-ordinating the numerous components of each project including multi-disciplinary design teams, contractors and sub-contractors on complicated sites to deliver residential projects of a high standard.
