Construction Project Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion in alignment with company standards.
Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety regulations. The role also involves coordinating logistics, supervising site operations, expediting materials, conducting inspections, and maintaining communication with stakeholders and clients to ensure project success.
Qualification
Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Experience in Expediting processes and working as an Expeditor to ensure seamless project flow
Strong skills in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of materials, suppliers, and deliveries
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
Knowledge of lean construction practices and a commitment to sustainability is highly advantageous
A relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a trade related field is preferred
Familiarity with construction software tools and technologies is a plus
